There are total of 2 exams required to pass in order to earn the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
You need to pass both of the above individual exams, then you will earn the Azure Solutions Expert certification.
AZ-300 - Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies
The AZ-300 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies certification exam tests and validates your expertise as an Azure Architect around Azure administration, Azure development, and DevOps; among a list of specific expertise categories within each of these. AZ-301- Microsoft Azure Architect Design

Microsoft Leaning and Labs
Microsoft Learning are publishing the lab instructions and lab files on GitHub. There is a GitHub repository for the AZ-300, Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies, and AZ-301, Microsoft Azure Architect Design, courses.
Within each repository there are lab guides in PDF format. If appropriate, there are accompanying zipped files with any additional files that are needed to complete the lab.
Pluralsight courses
I strongly recommend that you take a look at Pluralsight courses for all Azure Solutions Architect topics out there, they are high quality and really helpful. App Dev Manager Priti Kalani shares some tips on preparing for AZ-300 and AZ-301 using Pluralsight training content.

I also recommend you to buy a prep test, I am really happy with measureup prep tests. Using prep tests there is no guarantee that you will pass the exam, but they can represent a good learning material which you can use to learn and to test yourself about and see how much knowledge you have about AZ-300 and AZ 301 before you take official one.
Exam Result Day
The process of preparing for this exam was very interesting for me, sometimes stressful but at the end it was worth the effort and time. The best part is that I realized even I have good experience with Azure. There are always some topics that you are not good at, and you will need to learn and take a lot more time to understand them.
I passed the exam on my first attempt; I could have scored higher but at the end of the day passing the exam is the only important thing.
Certificate is only the proof that you took some time to learn and practice certain topics and that you have some knowledge in them, nothing else.
